I WANT TO NOURISH MY GUT!

Do you eat food and feel immediately unwell?

Perhaps you started to feel puffy or swollen and wearing loose tops to cover what looks like an advanced pregnancy.

That burning pain in your chest after a night out?

Let’s talk about….the toilet. Going to the toilet every hour or on the contrary not going at all for days and when it happens the smell left behind is extremely embarrassing.

I tell you that within 3 months it’s possible to enjoy:

  • Your favorite foods without gassy, painful bloating
  • Regular comfortable bowel movements
  • Clear, glowing skin
  • Working to your full potential without the 3 o’clock bloat
  • Less anxious thoughts
  • No more abdominal pain, bloating
  • Consistently better sleeping patterns

Life with IBS or SIBO doesn’t have to mean days in bed with a heat pack beside nor levels of pain, not to mention a restrictive diet and fear of what to eat. Get the help you need to feel better for good.

What is SIBO/SIYO?

SIBO is a medical condition where you have microbial overgrowth within the microbiome of the small intestine.

SIBO has many causes, including poor diet, food poisoning, abnormal intestinal motility, improper bile production and release, chronic stress, hypothyroidism, and long-term use of acid-reducing medications.

SIYO or small intestine yeast overgrowth is a very common condition, when systemic yeast dysbiosis of the intestines does happen. The same vicious cycle that exists with SIBO occurs in people with SIYO.

The yeast in SIYO will rob nutrients from the body, reduce vitamin absorption and fat digestion (by eliminating probiotic bacteria), cause food allergies and sensitivities, worsen histamine intolerance (Th2 dominance), joint pain, cognitive issues, cause systemic yeast dysbiosis or susceptibility (examples include jock itch, vaginal yeast infection, thrush, nail fungus, and Tinea versicolor), and excrete toxic byproducts (mycotoxins and aldehydes/when you constantly feel like you have a hangover without actually drinking alcohol).

YES, I NEED NOURISHED GUT PROGRAM

Hi, I’m Kate

And just like you, I battled gut health issues for years. During my uni days, I spent hours in pain and abdominal discomfort, laying in bed and lacking energy and motivation.

I had all the tests done, but nobody could give me the right answer to become pain free.

It wasn’t until my final year that I met a client with similar symptoms to mine. My tutor at the time asked if I’d heard of SIBO. When I started researching it, I was like, “this is me.” I’d finally found the underlying cause of my gut issues.

From that moment on I’ve deepen up my research and knowledge and dedicated my working life to helping both clients with IBS and SIBO/SIYO, as well as educating and mentoring other practitioners.

I’m a busy mum and business owner. So I get that life when juggling is a must. That’s why I advocate for a practical, real-life approach to gut health.

By focusing on the underlying cause of your gut issues, you can get back to enjoying life – free from bloating, wind, and unpredictable bowel movements.
